Jordan Inspiration Tours

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Jordan Inspiration Tours (JIT) and outline the policies and procedures for our services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Please contact us if you require any clarification.

Reservations and Bookings

All reservations and services must be made in advance of your arrival and confirmed in writing via email or through our official website. Your booking and pricing will be guaranteed upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the total cost for agreed services.

Required Information for Reservations:

Full name of group or individual travelers
Number of guests and hotel room specifications
Preferred meal plan arrangements
Arrival and departure dates and times
Any special requests or requirements
Nationality of all traveling members

Visa Requirements for Restricted Nationalities

Travelers from restricted nationalities require advance visa processing 20-30 days before tour commencement
A non-refundable visa processing fee of 75 USD per person applies
Required documentation: passport copy, confirmed itinerary, hotel bookings, and flight details
Visa applications are submitted to the Jordanian Ministry of Interior
Final visa approval remains subject to government authorization

Children Policy

While individual hotel policies may vary, most accommodations consider children up to 12 years eligible for special rates when sharing parents' rooms.

12+ Years Considered adults at full tour price

6-12 Years 50% discount (no extra bed)
25% discount (with extra bed)

4-5.99 Years 50% discount (no extra bed)

Under 3 Free of charge

Important Note: Families with more than two children must book separate accommodations according to standard hotel policies.

Payment Terms

A 25% deposit is required to confirm and secure all bookings
We accept credit card payments through our secure portal or via bank transfer
Outstanding balances may be settled in Jordan using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or cash
Credit card transactions incur a 4% processing fee

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

The following cancellation charges will apply based on the notice period prior to arrival:

19–8 days prior to arrival	50% of total tour amount
7 days or less prior to arrival	75% of total tour amount
No-show	100% of total tour amount

Additional Refund Policies (Detailed)

Non-Utilized Services: No refunds will be issued for any unused accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, meals, or services once the tour has commenced.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refund Method: All refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Applicable bank charges and transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Exceptional Circumstances: Cancellations resulting from extraordinary events such as global pandemics, political conflicts, natural disasters, or force majeure situations will be reviewed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Regional Situations & Airline Disruptions: In the event of instability or exceptional situations within the region, if Jordan’s airspace remains officially open, cancellations caused by airline schedule changes or flight cancellations will not qualify for a full refund. In such cases, 10% of the total tour amount will be retained by JIT as a future travel credit, valid for use toward another tour arrangement within the same calendar year.
Supplier Deposit Policy: Once deposits or advance payments have been made to hotels, transportation companies, or other service providers, refunds will be subject to the respective suppliers’ cancellation terms and conditions. In some cases, suppliers may not issue refunds but may provide credit for future use; otherwise, the deposited amount may be non-recoverable. Jordan Inspiration Tours will assist in claims but cannot guarantee recovery exceeding supplier’s own policy.

Flight disruptions & regional clarity: If your airline cancels or reschedules flights due to regional events but Jordanian borders and airspace remain operational, standard cancellation scales above apply. The 10% future travel credit ensures fairness for operational changes beyond JIT control.

Itinerary Amendments

We strive to accommodate reasonable modification requests where feasible
Any additional costs resulting from itinerary changes will be charged to the client
Clients are encouraged to communicate amendment requests as early as possible

Flight Arrangements

Jordan Inspiration Tours packages do not include international flight arrangements
We can provide assistance with domestic flight bookings if required
Please provide complete flight details for proper arrival and departure coordination

Border Entry and Immigration

Jordan Inspiration Tours has no jurisdiction over border control procedures
We cannot guarantee entry approval at any border crossing
We provide comprehensive pre-travel information to facilitate smooth border transitions
In cases of entry refusal, standard cancellation and no-show policies will apply

Travel Documentation

All travelers must possess a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity beyond the travel dates
Appropriate entry visas are the responsibility of the traveler
Please verify specific visa requirements based on your nationality

Company Liability and Responsibilities

Jordan Inspiration Tours assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, delays, irregularities, discomfort, or loss/damage to property
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to local authority directives, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
Contractual rates may be adjusted in response to government tax changes as per Jordanian legislation

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect necessary personal information for service registration and booking purposes
Information collected may include: contact details, passport information, address, and telephone numbers
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality
Personal data is used exclusively for our operational requirements and will not be distributed or sold to third parties
